The wine is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the prestigious Rocche dell’Annunziata cru, located in the municipality of La Morra. The vineyards, with a prevalent southern exposure, are characterized by medium-clayey soils, ideal for giving elegance and complexity to the wine. Vinification follows traditional methods, with spontaneous fermentation and a long maceration on the skins. Aging takes place in large oak barrels for an extended period, allowing the wine to develop complex aromas and a harmonious structure. In the glass it has a light and bright garnet red hue. Hints of cherry, orange peel, tobacco, dried herbs and licorice emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is of great elegance, with present but fresh tannins, and a long and balsamic finish.
