Giacomo Conterno’s Barolo “Arione” 2017 is a red wine of great structure, obtained in the Arione cru, located in the southern part of the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba, bordering the legendary Vigna Francia. Made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on calcareous soils, with west exposure. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel for about 20 days at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in large oak barrels for about 48 months, giving the wine complexity and depth.
