Bartolo Mascarello’s Barolo 2012 is a red wine of remarkable finesse, obtained in the Piedmontese Langhe. Made with selected Nebbiolo grapes from prestigious vineyards located in the best areas of Barolo, such as Cannubi, San Lorenzo, Ru\u00e9 and Rocche, grown on calcareous-clayey soils. The vinification respects the family tradition, with fermentation in cement tanks and a prolonged maceration on the skins, followed by an aging of about 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
