Bram\u00ecto del Cervo 2022 is a white wine obtained from Castello della Sala, owned by the Antinori family, located in Umbria, near Orvieto. Obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown on soils rich in fossil sediments with clay infiltrations, which give the wine a marked minerality and elegance. Vinification involves fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques, followed by a short aging on the lees.
