Vinification involves a brief contact of the skins with the must and subsequent fermentation in steel, followed by a few months of aging in steel. The wine has a bright straw yellow hue. The nose expresses an intense bouquet with mineral hints, almost graphite, accompanied by hints of white flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and inviting, with a pleasant acidity that makes the sip extremely drinkable.
