With an intense golden yellow hue, it has a complex aromatic profile characterized by floral and honey hints, accompanied by fresh citrus and mineral sensations. In the mouth it is balanced, with a good balance between sweetness and acidity, which makes it suitable for evolution over time thanks to the structure and finesse of the Umbrian terroir in which it is born.
