The cru “Les Chanlins” is located on a steep and stony slope, near the village of Volnay, characterized by clayey-calcareous soils that give the wine a distinctive flavor. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in cement vats, with a maturation period in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months.
