Castello di Ama’s Apparita is a pure Merlot obtained in Tuscany, known for its elegance and complexity. This wine was born in the Bellavista vineyard, located between Gaiole and Radda in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its production takes place with winemaking techniques that include fermentation in steel tanks and aging in barriques for 18 months. in the mouth, L’Apparita has a medium body and velvety tannins, offering aromas of red fruits and spicy hints. It is ideal to accompany roasts, game and aged cheeses.

In the heart of Chianti Classico, among the enchanting hills of Gaiole in Chianti, stands Castello di Ama, one of the most prestigious and iconic wineries in Tuscany. Its modern history begins in the 70s, when a group of enlightened families, led by Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti, decided to revive this medieval village with an ambitious vision: to produce wines that express the purest essence of the territory. The vineyards, located at an altitude between 450 and 550 meters, enjoy a perfect microclimate, with strong temperature variations that give the Sangiovese and Merlot grapes an extraordinary finesse and elegance. The terroir is unique, with soils rich in marl and alberese that give the wines complexity and longevity.
