Bailly Lapierre’s Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut is a refined expression of the Burgundian classic method, obtained in the heart of Auxerrois, from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in pink. The vineyards, cultivated on calcareous soils typical of the area, are carefully cared for to ensure good acidity and aromatic precision. After vinification in steel and second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for at least 16 months on the lees, developing a fine bubble with good persistence. The pale pink hue anticipates aromas of strawberries, pomegranate, wildflowers and bread crust. The sip is fresh, refined, with silky perlage, good acidity and a fruity and mineral finish. Perfect for aperitifs or light pairings, it is a sparkling wine that combines the liveliness of Pinot Noir with the elegance of the Burgundian terroir.
