Obtained from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white according to the classic method, with prolonged aging on the lees. The nose reveals intense and delicate aromas of ripe fruit, toasted bread and white flowers, followed by fascinating mineral hints. In the mouth it expresses itself with softness and structure, well-balanced acidity and a remarkable persistence. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish, white meats and delicate cheeses.
