Quintarelli, Rosso del Bepi 2016, Bottle 750 ml

Giuseppe Quintarelli’s Rosso del Bepi 2016 is a red wine from Veneto of extraordinary quality, obtained in the hills of Valpolicella. Obtained from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, the grapes undergo a four-month drying, followed by an alcoholic fermentation of 45 days, 20 of which in contact with the skins. The wine ages for seven years in Slavonian oak barrels, developing a unique aromatic complexity. On the nose, hints of ripe red fruits, cloves, cedar and smoky hints emerge. In the mouth, it is soft, with silky tannins and a balanced structure, ideal to accompany important meats and aged cheeses.
