The estate acquired the name “La Conseillante” in homage to its founder, a visionary figure who was able to intuit the extraordinary potential of these clayey-silty soils. The château is located in a privileged position, on the border between Pomerol and Saint-Émilion, with soils that blend the nobility of deep clays with the finesse of sandy soil, giving Merlot velvety softness and Cabernet Franc aromatic elegance.
