Guado al Tasso – Antinori, Bolgheri Superiore Guado al Tasso 2019, Bottle 750 ml

Guado al Tasso 2019 is a red wine obtained from the Guado al Tasso Estate of the Marchesi Antinori, located in Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast. This Bolgheri Superiore DOC is obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, from vineyards located on soils of alluvial origin, from clayey-sandy to clayey-silty, with the presence of Bolgheri agglomerate. The grapes, harvested by hand, are subjected to a rigorous selection. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by prolonged maceration to promote the extraction of aromas and tannins. The wine ages for about 18 months in new and second-passage French oak barrels, and then ages for a further 10 months in the bottle. In the glass, it has an intense ruby red hue. On the nose, it expresses a refined and refined bouquet, with fragrant and sweet scents well integrated between fruity and balsamic scents. in the mouth, it is consistent and refined from the attack to the finish, with an aftertaste that reflects the aromatic characteristics, offering a long and pleasant persistence.
