The Pinot Noir 2022 by Pierre Ferraud & Fils is a light and fragrant red, obtained in Vin de France with an accessible and immediate style, but faithful to the identity of the grape variety. The grapes, grown in selected areas of Burgundy, grow on clayey-calcareous soils and are harvested when perfectly ripe. The vinification is carried out in steel to preserve good acidity and aromatic purity, with a short aging that maintains the crisp character of the fruit. The nose opens with hints of wild strawberry, cherry, white pepper and rose petals. The sip is agile, smooth, with subtle tannins, lively acidity and a harmonious and slightly spicy finish.
