The 2023 Pinot Noir by Les Crêtes, from Valle d’Aosta DOC, has a bright ruby hue and a fresh aroma of red fruits, such as cherry and small berries, enriched with herbaceous hints of sage and hints of undergrowth. In the mouth it stands out for its good acidity, vibrant acidity and velvety tannins, with a refined structure and a mineral finish that reflects the mountain terroir. Vinified exclusively in stainless steel to maintain the purity and good acidity of the grape variety, this wine is a refined expression of Pinot Noir at high altitude, with an aging of about six months. Ideal to accompany white meats, fish dishes and aged cheeses, it is a product that reflects the local winemaking tradition and the commitment of the producer Les Crêtes to enhance the territory of the Aosta Valley.

Founded in 1989 by the Charrère family, the estate covers about 25 hectares of vineyards located between 600 and 1,000 meters above sea level, along the sunniest slopes of the region. The poor and draining soil of morainic origin, combined with the cool climate and strong temperature ranges, makes it possible to obtain wines with great aromatic finesse, with vibrant minerality and extraordinary longevity.
