Rivera, Nero di Troia Castel del Monte Riserva Puer Apuliae 2017, Bottle 750 ml

The Rivera Puer Apuliae 2017 is a Nero di Troia Castel del Monte Riserva of great elegance and structure. Intense ruby red in hue with violet reflections, it opens to the nose with a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, violet, plum, licorice, tobacco and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied, dense and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish with good persistence, enriched with spicy and star anise hints. Aged for 14 months in new barriques, it best expresses the territorial character of Puglia and the quality of the Rivera producer.
