Oct – Château Romassan, Bandol Rosé 2023, Bottle 750 ml

Obtained in the heart of Provence, this rosé comes from a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache, grown on the calcareous and sandy soils of Bandol AOC. The manual harvest guarantees the optimal selection of the grapes, which are vinified with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine ages briefly on the lees, developing aromatic complexity. Hints of candied citrus and verbena leaves are perceived on the nose, while hints of strawberries and raspberries emerge in the mouth, with good lively acidity and a balanced, fragrant finish of pomelo.
