The Ripe del Falco Cirò Classico Superiore Riserva represents the excellence of the Calabrian winemaking tradition. This still red of great prestige, obtained from selected Gaglioppo grapes from vineyards over forty years old, seduces with a deep ruby hue with garnet reflections. A complex bouquet emerges on the nose with a good persistence of withered rose petals, undergrowth, licorice, tobacco and refined spices. In the mouth it is warm, intense and savory, with very fine tannins that guarantee a robust structure and longevity. Ideal with braised meats, game and aged cheeses, it best expresses the unique terroir of Cirò Marina.
