The Les Crêtes Chardonnay 2024, from the renowned Aosta Valley, has a bright straw yellow hue. The nose is distinguished by delicate floral and fruity scents, with hints of banana, plum and broom that give a fresh and refined aromatic profile. in the mouth it is soft and savory, with a pleasant minerality and excellent acidity that guarantees good acidity and longevity. This Chardonnay is the result of a manual harvest and careful vinification, which involves fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees with bâtonnage for six months. A refined and versatile white, an authentic expression of the Alpine terroir and the cool climate of the Aosta Valley.
