Castello della Sala – Antinori, Bramito del Cervo 2022, Bottle 750 ml

Bramìto del Cervo 2022 is a white wine obtained from Castello della Sala, owned by the Antinori family, located in Umbria, near Orvieto. Obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown on soils rich in fossil sediments with clay infiltrations, which give the wine a marked minerality and elegance. Vinification involves fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques, followed by a short aging on the lees. On the nose, hints of white flowers, golden apple and slight hints of vanilla emerge. in the mouth, the wine is fresh, pleasing and able to fully express the varietal character of Chardonnay, with a balance between softness and lively acidity.
