Rossj Bass is a Chardonnay Langhe DOP 2024 that expresses Gaja’s mastery in combining power and elegance. Fermented in steel to preserve pure and vibrant aromas, it ages 7 months in barriques acquiring complexity and structure. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and ripe white-fleshed fruit with nuances of honey and vanilla. in the mouth it is rich and enveloping, with balanced acidity that balances the roundness, concluding with a long finish and good persistence. Ideal with fish, shellfish and cheese.
