Wax, Arneis Langhe Blangé 2024, Bottle 750 ml
Obtained from the Ceretto winery in Alba, Piedmont, this Langhe DOC is made from Arneis grapes. Vinification involves a brief contact of the skins with the must and subsequent fermentation in steel, followed by a few months of aging in steel. The wine has a bright straw yellow hue. The nose expresses an intense bouquet with mineral hints, almost graphite, accompanied by hints of white flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and inviting, with a pleasant acidity that makes the sip extremely drinkable. The Blangé was born in 1985 as a bet of the Ceretto brothers, becoming over time a symbol of their creativity and intuition.
