Marisa Cuomo’s Costa d’Amalfi Bianco 2024 is a refined and fresh white wine, characterized by a bright straw yellow hue. The nose is distinguished by refined hints of acacia, lemon grass and other aromatic herbs, with a finish of good persistence reminiscent of toasted almonds. in the mouth it expresses a harmonious balance between good acidity and structure, with a pleasing gustatory vivacity reflecting the quality of the grapes and the territory of the Amalfi Coast. The 2024 harvest expresses the typicality of this DOC, the result of a blend of Falanghina and Biancolella grown on south-facing coastal terraces between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on limestone-dolomite soils. A versatile wine, ideal to accompany vegetarian dishes, first and second courses of fish, enhancing Mediterranean cuisine with its good acidity and aromatic complexity.
