Elena Walch’s Gewürztraminer Vigna Kastelaz 2023 is a dry white of great elegance and complexity, coming from one of the most exclusive vineyards in South Tyrol. With an intense golden yellow hue, it opens to the nose with enveloping aromas of white roses, exotic fruit, Golden Delicious apple and light hints of spice and beeswax. In the mouth it is structured and harmonious, with a good vibrant acidity, stimulating acidity and a long and delicate finish, which enhances its refined nature and good persistence.
