The Champagne Cristal 2008 – Louis Roederer is one of the most famous vintages of the historic Louis Roederer Champagne house, founded in 1776. This Champagne is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, selected from eight of the region’s best Grand Crus. The 2008 Cristal is aged for six years on the lees, followed by a further eight months in the bottle after disgorgement, expressing a complex aromatic profile with hints of ripe yellow fruits, citrus, toasted dried fruit and a hint of honey
