The Dom Pérignon Vintage Brut 2009 is a prestigious Champagne obtained by the famous Moët & Chandon maison. This vintage, characterized by a mild and sunny climate, gave rise to a balanced and refined wine, with a medium structure and good vibrant acidity. On the nose there are complex aromas of apple, mango, elderflower and hints of brioche and Earl Grey tea, accompanied by a delicate touch of spices and hints of yeast given by the long maturation sur lie. In the mouth it is full and soft, with a satin texture and good acidity that guarantees its longevity.
