Château Angélus, Château Angelus 1er G.C.C. “A” 2020, Bottle 750 ml

Château Angélus 2020, one of the symbols of Saint-Émilion, is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grown on clayey-limestone soils. After fermentation in wood and steel, the wine matures 20-22 months in new barriques and foudres. It is intense ruby red, with aromas of cherries, violets, sweet spices and graphite. In the mouth it is full and complex, with silky tannins and a good mineral acidity that gives balance. The finish is long and refined, promising an exceptional evolution over the years.
