Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso 2015 – Tommasi Full-bodied and elegant, it comes from the refermentation on the pomace of Amarone. After 18 months in Slavonian barrels and resting in the bottle, it is a bright ruby. It smells of tobacco, black pepper and cherry jam. On the palate it is silky, soft and persistent.
