Tenuta Sant’Antonio, Passito Colori d’Autunno 2006, Half bottle 375 ml

Passito Colori d’Autunno 2006 – Tenuta Sant’Antonio Sweet IGT wine from Valpolicella, blend of Garganega (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) dried on racks. Slow fermentation in new barriques and subsequent aging release notes of candied pineapple, dehydrated apricot and white flowers. In the mouth it is crystalline, full-bodied and enveloping, where sweetness is masterfully balanced by acidity.
