Maculan – Acininobili 2001 A legendary sweet wine made from Vespaiola grapes affected by botrytis (noble rot). The selection is maniacal, berry by berry. After drying and fermentation in new barriques, the wine rests in wood for two years. Antique gold color. The nose is a concentrate of honey, dehydrated apricot, vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is opulent and sweet, but supported by a sharp acidity that guarantees its balance and infinite persistence.
