Pinot Noir Schweizer 2020 – Franz Haas The top of the range of the company’s Pinot Noir, with heterogeneous soils between 350 and 700 meters. Vinification in open tanks with frequent pumping over extracts color and aromas; followed by 12 months in barriques and one year in bottle. The nose is complex: ripe berries, cherry, pepper and leather. On the palate it shows enveloping tannins and a harmonious structure destined for a long life. Ideal with game and aged cheeses.
