Pinot Grigio 2023 – Franz Haas IGT from the Dolomites that comes from vineyards between 350 and 800 meters on clayey soils. Worked in steel, it is intense straw yellow. The nose is an interweaving of acacia flowers, sage, hay and almond which, over time, evolves towards notes of lime and honey. On the palate it combines freshness and elegance with a medium structure of great finesse.
