Pinot Grigio “Penon” 2020 – Kurtatsch Winery The grapes come from the slopes of Penon (300-500 m), on dolomite-rich soils. Fermentation and aging in steel give an intense straw yellow. The nose is complex: yellow peach, ancient pears and melon. In the mouth it is robust and dense, supported by a stimulating acidity that enhances its evolutionary potential.
