Pinot Noir Tradition 2023 – Cantina di Terlano An expression of elegance typical of the South Tyrolean territory, this Pinot Noir DOC comes from south-facing vineyards between 450 and 650 meters, where breezy evenings guarantee perfect ripening. After manual harvesting, the must ferments slowly in steel and undergoes malolactic fermentation, and then ages for 7-10 months in large oak barrels. The glass is tinged with a lively ruby red. The olfactory range is fresh and seductive: blackberries and blueberries intertwine with notes of cherry brandy, licorice and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, the fullness of the fruit is balanced by a light tannic structure and a marked minerality.
