Pure Sangiovese from thirty-year-old vines (380-400 m a.s.l.), ferments 25 days on the skins and ages 18 months in tonneaux. Dark ruby with garnet reflections, it offers a complex nose of black cherry, violet, tobacco and spices. In the mouth it is enveloping and velvety, a perfect synthesis of territory and technique.
