Born from sandy soils at 300 meters above sea level, it is vinified exclusively in steel to enhance its freshness. Straw yellow in the glass, it releases aromas of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, with spicy and brackish nuances. On the palate it is full and savory, with a balance that invites drinking.
