Edda 2023 – San Marzano A white wine that challenges the Salento heat with elegance and freshness. Born from a blend predominantly Chardonnay, enriched with Fiano and Moscatello Selvatico, it has its roots in calcareous soils. The vinification plays on balance: part in barrique and part in steel. The 2023 vintage, thanks to a breezy summer, offers a sunny nose of orange blossom, pineapple and white peach, with spicy touches. On the palate, the creaminess is balanced by a vibrant mineral and acidic vein.
