The vineyards on clayey-limestone slopes give rich grapes which, after 24 months on the lees, are transformed into a sparkling wine with a fine perlage. Ethereal nose of panettone, dried fruit and yellow peach. On the palate it is harmonious and full-bodied, with a typical toasted aftertaste.
