Patriglione 2006 – Cosimo Taurino The “Patriglione” is an oenological monument obtained from eighty-year-old vines (Negroamaro 90%, Malvasia Nera 10%). The late harvest and drying on the plant concentrate the juice, while fermentation in cement and aging in barriques define its style. Intense ruby to the eye, it offers a nose of jam, cinnamon, pepper and licorice. On the palate it is harmonious and powerful, with an unforgettable balsamic finish.
