Barolo 2019 – Giovanni Rosso A faithful expression of the terroir of Serralunga d’Alba, this Barolo comes from calcareous-clayey soils. Vinification in cement and aging in barrels of different sizes (18-36 months) enhance its complexity. It smells of violets, sweet spices and ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is structured and harmonious, with integrated tannins that guarantee a long persistence. A historic winery that has enhanced the crus of Serralunga since the nineteenth century.
