Vinified in large barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged for 18 months without filtration, it is intense ruby with purple flashes. The nose is an ode to ripe fruit (raspberry, cherry) and flowers (rose, violet), with fine spices such as black pepper. On the palate it is enveloping and energetic, with silky tannins and a freshness that accompanies the long finish.
