Franciacorta Pas Operé Extra Brut 2017 – Bellavista An interpretation of great depth that rests on the lees for 72 months. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir ferment partly in white oak, giving the wine a bright gold color and a very fine perlage. The nose is complex, with hints of fresh hazelnut, honey and apricot. The sip is dry, full and aristocratic, closing on notes of nougat and salt.
