Pinot Grigio Curubella 2020 – Livio Felluga The Curubella 2020 is a tribute to the vocation of Pinot Grigio in the Colli Orientali. The grapes, harvested by hand on marly-arenaceous soils, undergo a delicate skin maceration that gives the wine its typical coppery robe with golden flashes. The vinification in “cocciopesto” and the rest on the lees enrich the structure. The nose is seductive: papaya, melon and spring flowers blend with balsamic and spicy notes. The sip is broad and soft, with a lively freshness that accompanies a persistent finish of candied citrus and almond.
