Champagne Brut “Cristal” 2016 – Louis Roederer Born from the harvest of mid-September 2016, this Cristal is a blend of Pinot Noir (58%) and Chardonnay (42%). The choice to avoid malolactic fermentation and to age 31% of the wines in wood gives absolute precision. Bright yellow in the glass, it offers an intense nose of mirabella, peach and white flowers, with iodine and toasted touches. The attack in the mouth is silky and delicate, evolving into a chalky and saline finish of great persistence.
