Cristal Brut 2012 – Louis Roederer This exceptional cuvée features Pinot Noir (60%) in harmony with Chardonnay (40%), grown in a biodynamic regime. The careful vinification, with passage in wood and six years of rest on the lees, creates a wine of unique complexity. Evolved notes of dried fruit and citrus fruits emerge from the golden glass. On the palate it is broad, structured and vibrant, with a very fine bubble that accompanies a long and savory finish.
