Blanc de Blancs Brut Premier Cru – De Saint-Gall A pure Chardonnay of great precision, son of the Premier Cru terroirs. The Avize winery, master of Blanc de Blancs, vinifies in steel and allows the wine to age for 36 months. The dosage (8 g/L) is embellished with a “liqueur” from a forty-year solera. Delicate and mineral, it smells of white flowers and lime. Its superb freshness makes it perfect for an aperitif or to accompany raw fish and shellfish.
