Chablis 2022 – William Fèvre A synthesis of William Fèvre’s tradition, this Chablis comes from his own vineyards conducted organically. Vinification takes place mainly in steel to enhance the fruit, with a small balance (5-10%) that matures in old barrels to give complexity without weighing it down. It is bright straw yellow, offering a refined nose of flowers, citrus and white fruit. The sip is taut and elegant, supported by the typical minerality of the appellation.
