David Léclapart’s “L’Astre” Pas Dosé Premier Cru is a unique Blanc de Noirs. Undosed Pinot Noir from Trépail, fermented in wood and aged 84 months. Dried fruits, honey and spices make up a complex nose. In the mouth it is intense and full-bodied, with a defined structure that enhances the terroir.
