Benoit Beaufort’s Champagne Tradition represents with great authenticity the style of the maison in Ambonnay, one of the most prestigious Grand Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims. Here Pinot Noir finds one of its deepest and most balanced expressions, interpreted by the Beaufort family through an artisanal production that focuses on precision and respect for the identity of the terroir.

This blend combines 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, with a vintage base completed by 50% reserve wines, a choice that gives stylistic continuity and greater complexity to the wine. The vinification is oriented towards preserving freshness and balance, with careful fermentation and a long aging on the lees that helps to define a fine bubble and a harmonious structure. The dosage of 7 g/L accompanies the wine discreetly, keeping intact the mineral tension typical of the area.

An elegant and flowing Champagne emerges on the sip, characterized by a creamy texture, precise freshness and a savory and persistent finish. A classic and refined style, perfect both as an important aperitif and in combination with raw seafood, as an aperitif or with white meats, fish dishes and risottos.
