The Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2021 by Chavy-Chouet is a refined expression of Chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune. Located right at the foot of the famous Grand Crus, the parcel “Les Enseignères” boasts limestone soils that infuse the glass with a distinctive finesse. After manual harvesting, the must ferments in French oak barrels, followed by a stay on the lees for about 12 months. The aromatic profile opens on notes of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit, intertwined with delicate toasted nuances.
